Located just 3 miles from the beach, Sunshine State of Mind is the perfect retreat for your Florida getaway! Experience a relaxing vacation right in the private, fully turfed backyard complete with a hot tub, barbeque, outdoor dining area, lawn games, and firepit. Kid friendly amenities include pack-n-play, kids books/toys, inflatable toddler bed, and tableware. A game room for the whole family to enjoy! Beach day essentials also provided. Good to know
The master bedroom has a large king-bed, wall mounted TV, and an attached full bath with stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All rooms have alarm clocks equipped with sound machines and wireless chargers. All four beds have new helix mattresses! For littles, there is an inflatable toddler mattress and a pack-n-play available. The game room is complete with board games, card games, a foosball table and darts. There is a desk/workstation and high-speed fiber internet for your convenience. The backyard is its own little slice of paradise, with a hot tub, fire pit, barbeque, outdoor dining set, and lawn games! It is fully turfed and surrounded by a privacy fence. The property is located just 3 miles from the beach and all of the essentials you will need are provided including beach chairs, beach mat, umbrella, sand toys, games, and a cooler. It is also close to endless dining options and shopping. You can walk down the street to Southwest Recreation Complex with an epic shaded playground for the kiddos!
